In 2004 the Best Building was recognized by the Community Development program of Beaver County Main Street Awards. These buildings were noted for their contribution in helping keep and revitalize the downtown image of New Brighton, PA. The renovation included two buildings and captured the small town feel of the Rivertowns of Beaver County in the Early 1900’s.
